Interrupting my usual unscheduled stacks
I am in it, both naturally came to the age plus on tamoxifen. It sucks. Working full time trying to just ignore brain fog, hot flashes, & fatigue & enhanced ADHD. And of course the men who roll their eyes & don't want to hear about it.

why wouldn't you be allowed to jump on a trampoline- (today's verison of bicycle face, or flying uterii?)? and what about BEYOND it?
